Should your order arrival date exceed 7 days beyond the estimated arrival timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact contactchysna@gmail.com with your order number to discuss this further.

If you are wondering whether an item you would like to order will arrive by a certain date, contact Chysna via Instagram @chysnaofficial and we will do our best to advise you, however, our response may not be valid and should only be taken as guidance.

If you have ordered multiple items in one order, your order may be split and shipped separately.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with the purchase you've made, however, if for any reason you'd like to return your item, please read the following policies before emailing contactchysna@gmail.com. If contacted via Instagram/Facebook DM, we may not respond.

PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY. In the event we cannot provide you with an exchange, a credit note will be issued.

From the date your goods are delivered, you have 14 days to return. The 14 days begin on the date of delivery, and the return must be back in our hands by day 14. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this. If you are unsure when your item was delivered, please contact us via email and we can check this for you.

We recommend you email within a week of receiving your products if you'd like to return, as you then have 7 days to post and for us to receive the return.

Returns received after the 14-day deadline will be rejected & subsequently sent back to the buyer with no refund. We recommend not wearing fake tan or makeup when trying on goods, as any items that have marks/stains/damage will not be returnable, and you will not be liable for a refund if they are returned and found in this condition.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR WILL LEAD TO REJECTION OF THE RETURN. (including the smell of perfume).

Returns/exchanges can be made on all items within 14 days, providing the items are in brand new, unworn, and unaltered condition. If any items come back that have clearly been washed or tampered with, the refund request will be rejected.​

All refunds exclude the original postage fee, and you as the buyer are responsible to pay for returns shipping. If for any reason we offer to reimburse returns shipping, this will only be up to the value of £5. If you choose to send via a more expensive method, you will only be reimbursed for £5 of this.

Please note that once your order has been placed, we cannot under any circumstances cancel your order and issue a refund. This will only be done if your order was out of stock and this had not yet been reflected on our site. If you have ordered the incorrect size or incorrect item, we would advise you to re-order the correct item(s), and then return the incorrect order upon arrival. Please thoroughly check your basket before checking out to avoid this issue.
